• ماذا تتضمن المعاينة؟
- الرفع المساحي: أخذ المقاسات الهندسية الدقيقة باستخدام أحدث أجهزة الليزر.
- حساب الأحمال الحرارية: تحديد القدرة (بالحصان) بدقة لكل غرفة لضمان أعلى كفاءة تبريد وتوفير استهلاك الكهرباء.
- تنسيق المناسيب: مراجعة سقوط السقف (Drop Ceiling) وأماكن فتحات الهواء (Grills) لضمان عدم تعارضها مع الديكور.
- تخطيط المسارات: مقترحة لمسارات مجاري الهواء (الدكت)، مواسير النحاس، وشبكة الصرف.
- عرض فني ومالي: بعد المعاينة، ستحصل على مقايسة تفصيلية شاملة الوحدات وأعمال التركيبات.
• ملاحظة: قيمة المعاينة تُخصم بالكامل من الفاتورة النهائية عند التعاقد.

- Thermal Load Calculation: Determining the exact horsepower capacity for each room to ensure cooling performance and energy efficiency.
- Height Coordination: Reviewing the ceiling drop and grill locations to ensure they do not conflict with your interior design.
- Path Planning: Proposing preliminary routes for ducting, copper piping, and drainage systems.
- Technical & Financial Proposal: After the visit, you will receive a detailed quotation covering both the units and installation works.
